Jonpaul’s is highly selective in choosing team members. In fact, we typically hire less than 1% of applicants as we strive to maintain a diverse team of highly skilled and licensed grooming professionals that treat the art of customer service and grooming as a passion. We then challenge them to execute each and every appointment to the best of their ability in an effort to provide world-class service experience. The result is a dedicated and fun-loving team that treats our loyal clients like family.
Joining Jonpaul’s in 2025, Taylor completed our front desk team. With recent salon and spa experience, she is well equipped to answer any questions you may have. Taylor enjoys reading all different genres of books, playing video games and creating art.
One of the original Jonpaul’s employees, Dino has been with Jonpaul’s since 2002. Born in Italy and raised in New York, Dino moved to Atlanta to be close to his children. Dino is known as one of the best barbers in Atlanta because of his precision scissor over comb cuts and award-winning traditional straight razor shaves.
Caitlin has enjoyed the last 10 of her 12 years as a Master Barber at Jonpaul’s because she feels it’s like hanging out with her buddies. She uses a mix of traditional scissor over comb and clipper over comb techniques to execute a wide range of popular styles. She is also an expert with a straight razor for shaves and beard trims. Caitlin loves spending time with her family, playing guitar, and watching sports.
Hailing from Pittsburgh, Lindsay is a true “guy’s girl.” She loves all sports, particularly her Steelers, and enjoying a cold beer. After 16 years in a full-service salon, she decided to focus solely on men because she loves helping them look and feel their best. Fun fact: she was also an EMT for several years.
Joining Jonpaul’s in 2024, Lindsey has been a vibrant addition to our front desk. She loves getting to know our clients and is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure every guest has a positive experience. Outside of Jonpaul’s you can find Lindsey trying new recipes and spending time with her dog and two cats.
Quinn has been cutting and coloring all types of hair for years and recently decided to turn her passion and skill into a career by formally attending school where she graduated at the top of her class and joined Jonpaul’s in 2016. Growing up in a very large family dominated by males, she naturally felt at home at Jonpaul’s and was attracted to the relaxed and friendly vibe. When she is away from Jonpaul’s you can find her researching the latest grooming trends, hanging out with family, or just reading a good book.
Mary Ellen is a native of Long Island with 27 years of experience as a Master Barber. After working across the Northeast, her family relocated to Johns Creek 4 years ago and she feels this is her new home. Mary Ellen provides unparalleled precision haircuts and color blending ideal for the professional male. She loves to travel and try new restaurants around town as well as playing tennis.
Our salon manger, Rachel came to Jonpaul’s in 2014 shortly after her husband completed his time in the U.S. Army. With over 20 years of retail and customer service experience, she loves helping our clients feel comfortable getting pampered and ensuring they’re satisfied with their experience at Jonpaul’s. Outside of Jonpaul’s, you’ll find Rachel with her nose in an exciting fantasy book, running her two boys to various activities, and enjoying time with her family.
April, affectionately known as ‘Momma’ around the shop, is another original Jonpaul’s employee. She has over 23 years of experience as an owner and service provider in the spa industry. She specializes in all aspects of skincare. She is extremely focused on helping her clients relax and rejuvenate. April has an incredible passion for her craft, but in her downtime, she enjoys cooking and spending time with family and friends.
Anetra joined Jonpaul’s in 2025 as a Master Cosmologist, with 25 years of experience in the hair industry. Most recently, she has spent the last 4 years focusing on men’s grooming. She is very detail oriented and excels in clipper cuts, scissor over comb and beard trims. Away from the salon, you can find Anetra making jewelry, working out with free weights, spending time with her 3 cats and rescuing animals in need.
With over 30 years of experience specializing in men’s hair, Rosie has been a fast favorite since she joined the Jonpaul’s team in 2023. Over the years, she has continued to grow her skills and education through advanced classes in scissor cuts, clipper cuts & fades. Offering a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, Rosie’s attentive nature ensures that every client leaves her chair happy with their experience. Rosie moved from Florida to be closer to her family here in Georgia. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, skiing, exercising outdoors and spending time with her nephews.
Katharine, also known as Kat, has over 25 years of premium salon experience. She joined Jonpaul’s in 2017 to expand her precision barber skills into an exclusive environment. Her knowledge in scissor cuts, fades and coloring will have you confident and relaxed.
Joining Jonpaul’s in 2025, Yolanda is a Master Cosmetologist with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Known for her artistry in precision cutting and signature styling, she blends technical mastery with a keen creative eye to deliver an elevated, customized look for each client. Experienced with all hair types and textures, Yolanda is skilled in scissor and clipper cuts, as well as beard trims. A true artisan at heart, Yolanda is active across multiple creative disciplines—including music, performing arts, painting, and crafting—bringing a holistic artistic sensibility to everything she touches. Additionally, Yolanda holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), grounding her artistry in strong business acumen.
Originally certified in traditional relaxation massage in 2007, she recently completed an extensive sports & orthopedic massage therapy program developed by legendary experts in the field. Knowing that she can help her clients feel relaxed and cared for, prevent injuries like “tennis elbow”, and keep their bodies in better shape gives Shara a deep sense of satisfaction. Outside of Jonpaul’s, she has worked with pro athletes all over the country. Recent clients include players from the ATL Dream WNBA, the GA Swarm, Tampa Bay Buccaneers & Philadelphia Eagles.
